TheFeature's Mobile Service Competition
By Sean Paavo Krepp, Wed Mar 06 00:00:00 GMT 2002

Found a mobile service that you just can't live without? Sound off with a service description, and you may come away with a TheFeature survival kit - a thermal mug, TheFeature t-shirt and compass.

In an effort to poll the proponents of mobile data services, TheFeature will dedicate the week of August 19th to August 22nd to "Mobile Lifestyle Week".

The first day is devoted to broad industry perspectives whilst days 2-4 look into business, technology and lifestyle, respectively. Throughout the week you'll read interviews with top industry execs, mobile service developers and fashion gurus.

Friday, however, belongs to you.

As of now, we're soliciting entries that describe, in your own words, which mobile services you have incorporated into your day-to-day life.

On the final day of Lifestyle Week, TheFeature's editorial staff will select the top five most innovative services and publish them on the site. Readers can cast their vote for their favorite submission via the Expose Yourself poll box, and the entry with the most votes wins.

The prize? A TheFeature Survival Kit - a thermal mug, t-shirt and compass. (And, of course, TheFeature community's "mobile service guru" bragging rights!)

The deadline for submissions is 22:00 GMT (5:00 PM EST) on Thursday, August 22nd. Entries should 200-300 words in length, and can be sent to Editors@TheFeature.com.
